Restorative Yoga 1

Friday: 6:30-7:40pm


Restore and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit at home. This class is intended to revitalize the body by increasing circulation to the organs and calming the nervous system. Props within your home, including pillows, chairs, blankets and blocks, are used to encourage deeper relaxation in each pose which helps to soothe the mind and boost the immune system. Appropriate for all levels.


 

 

Hatha Yoga 1/2 With Meditation

Saturday: 10:00am-11:15am

Ha(Sun) Tha(Moon) Yoga is a balancing practice, that builds strength and stamina while calming the nervous system with deep stretches and breath awareness.  Appropriate for intermediate students with some experience. 


Gentle Flow Yoga (All Levels)

Monday: 6:30pm-7:30pm

Gentle, fluid movements and deep stretches all in the comfort of your own home. Release tension from your muscles, relax your nervous system, and improve digestion while gently approaching your yoga practice. Bring a mat, strap, blocks, and an open heart.
