Everybody is different. Every body is, too.
Private yoga sessions are designed with only you, and only your body, in mind.
Together, we gain an understanding of your needs.
Beyond that, we look at your wants-- all that you hope to gain through our yoga practice.
Do you want to reduce stress?
Would you like to improve your overall health?
Are you hoping to come back from an injury?
Knowing your personal goals lets us move towards achieving them.
I. Individual Private Sessions: These hour-long sessions are created and developed specifically for you and your body. They’re designed to provide you with guidance and advice to enhance your personal practice at home.
II. Duet Sessions: Private “duets” allow you and another person to deepen your yoga practice together. It’s a great way to connect, sometimes to re-connect, with a friend or a sibling, a spouse or a partner, a child with a parent. These hour-long sessions are held at your home or office.
III. Small Group Private Sessions: A small group of 5-10 students provides an excellent way to develop your practice, and further your study of yoga. A small group provides you with extra attention, but at a lower price point than with individual private sessions.
How Small Groups Work: You can come with a pre-formed group, or you can come on your own and join a group that I’ve formed, which will take place at a host facility. This is a six-week journey for you and your group, one where we’ll focus on a theme, or perhaps a particular body area. Over these six weeks you’ll watch yourself, and your group, transform, and when it ends, my goal here, as it is in all my work, is for everyone to leave with more knowledge of self.
IV. Yoga at Your Workplace: Among yoga’s many, and widely known, benefits are stress reduction and increased productivity. And so it makes great sense to design a class for the workplace. These classes, held before, during or after business hours, contribute to a work force that’s healthier, and a workplace that’s more positive, peaceful and creative.
